Exchange & Return

Return and exchange of goods is at the customer’s cost. 
At Rythm Athleisure, our aim is to ensure customer satisfaction. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or article, you can do so under the following conditions:

ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE:

Time Frame:
Item’s exchange request must be initiated within 3 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.
Condition of Items:
Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
Items must be returned in their original packaging.

PROOF OF PURCHASE:
A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented to our customer service representative.

NON-EXCHANGEABLE ITEMS:
Customized or personalized items.
Underwear and Socks for hygiene reasons.
Sale or clearance items.

EXCHANGE PROCEDURES:

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team by emailing customersupport@rythmathleisure.com or calling/WhatsApp us at 0312-2227570.
Items must be returned within 6 days of receipt of your goods. This includes return transit time to our warehouse. Items must meet the exchange criteria as outlined above. After the exchange is approved, our customer service representative will contact you for confirmation about the exchanged article and the article will be shipped to you. Delivery time will be 4-5 working days.:

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs of Rs 300/-, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect by our team.

Whilst every effort will be made to replace any stock with like for like product, under certain circumstances it may not be possible due to unavailability in stock. In this instance, Rythm Athleisure reserves the right to issue a refund or credit to the value of the original product value. The product must also pass all other returns criteria.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team immediately after you receive the parcel and make a video of it for proof so that we can process your request without difficulty. Defective items claim must be made within 5 days of receipt of your parcel, after that it will be considered wear and tear and can be subject to denial.

REFUNDS:

Refunds must be requested within 3 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

PROCESS OF REFUND:

Contact our customer service team at customersupport@rythmathleisure.com, Call or WhatsApp us at +92312-2227570 to initiate the refund process.
After approval of the refund, the customer will receive a confirmation message from our representative to proceed with the refund.
The customer will be responsible for self-dispatching the parcel to our dedicated address and share the courier receipt via WhatsApp at (+92312-2227570).

VERIFICATION PROCESS:

After receiving the returned products, our team will verify their condition.
After verification, our representative will contact you to obtain your bank account details to process the refund.
The refund process may take up to 3 days after our team receives the returned item(s).

EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY:

The following scenarios release Rythm Athleisure from liability for exchange and/or refund:
Products damaged due to use or mishandling by the customer.
Situations where the customer changed their mind or did not check the product specifications at the time of purchase.
All pictures displayed on our website are of the original products. Due to differences in monitors/screens and lighting during the photo shoot, the exact color of the final item may vary slightly. Therefore, products cannot be returned for this reason.
Any item that is on SALE/Clearance are non-refundable.
No refund can be accepted for underwear and socks due to hygiene reasons.
The returned parcel for a refund remains the customer’s responsibility until the goods are received into our warehouse.
The delivery charges are non-refundable, except in cases where a defective or incorrect item has been delivered.
